Recipe(tried): Poorman's Lobster

Misc.

Cherie, I will post two recipes. The first one isn't a recipe as such, just a
method. We take some fish fillets, usually whitefish, cut into cubes, and simmer
in a dutch oven about 1/3 to 1/2 full of water with about 1/3 cup of salt.
Simmer for about 7 to 10 minutes or so. Drain and serve with melted butter.
