Recipe: Poppy Seed (or Celery Seed) Dressing

Becki ~ I also like that dressing. Here is one that is similar and work come close to the taste based on the ingredients. This recipe comes from a Bed & Breakfast in Virginia. It can also be made with celery seed if you choose to do so. Hope this helps.

Poppy Seed (or Celery Seed) Dressing

2/3 cup vinegar
1 small to medium onion
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons mustard
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons poppy or celery seeds

Mix vinegar, onion, salt, mustard, and sugar in blender. Add vegetable oil and poppy or celery seeds to the mixture.
