Recipe(tried): Pork chops in San Francisco Sauce

Ellen,
I got a kick out of seeing this recipe on the boards. I have been
making this for about 4 years now. I'm a caterer and we have a coffee shop
and I have made this repeatedly for customers as this is a low fat recipe
and it tastes great.
