Recipe(tried): Prime Rib roast in rotisserie oven

Prime Rib roasts very nicely in a rotisserie oven. I have done them a couple of times with great success. I did not use any seasoning on them with the exception of salt and pepper. The times will vary depending on the make of your oven. I relied on my meat thermometer to assure doneness as my oven only has one temperature. For a 4.5 pound piece I would allow at least 1 and 1/2 hours. I hope this is of some help to you.
