Carnetas or pulled pork. In slow cooker put a 4lb. pork shoulder (no bone), one bottle beer, one beer bottle full of orange juice. Cook until pork is falling apart (about 8 hours). For pulled pork, mix with favorite bbq sauce, for carnetas, let cool. cut in small pieces and fry in skillet. Serve with salsa, guacomole, tomato pieces,chopped cilantro if you like it, in corn tortilla. The only "hot" in this is from the salsa, so you can easily spice it up to your taste. Accompany with real Mexican rice and refried beans. Out of this world!
