ISO: BBQ Pulled Pork using Fresh Shoulder

Misc.
I have a medium sized fresh pork shoulder in my freezer that I'd love to do as a pulled pork BBQ for tomorrow - can anyone tell me the method to get that wonderful, moist, tender shredded pork from this type cut of meat?

I don't necessarily need the BBQ part, I can do that part myself, but just need the cooking method for that moist meat.
