Recipe: Pumpkin Spinach Bake

PUMPKIN SPINACH BAKE

3 cups mashed cooked pumpkin
1 tb melted butter
1 tb brown sugar
2 pks chopped spinach
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook the pumkin & add the butter & sugar. Line a 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole with the cooked pumpkin. Cook & drain the spinach, Add the mushroom soup to the spinach. Layer the spinach mixture over the Pumpkin mix. Add the mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 F until thoroughly hot & the cheese melted & golden. Serve in slices.
