This is a great recipe to make after work, and quick!

Quick and Elegant Tortellini Alfredo

1 package prepared Tortellini (Barilla Cheese & Garlic is great with this recipe)
1 Jar alfredo sauce
4 peices bacon
1 cup peas
1 sm jar capers (optional)

Prepare the tortellini according to package directions, drain.

Cook bacon in microwave, again according to package directions. Bacon should be crisp. Crumble when cool.

Thaw peas in hot water until tender, about 5 minutes.

Heat alfredo sauce in pan & add peas, capers, and bacon crumbles. Stir until hot all the way through. Add Tortellini & mix well. Serve.

See, quick & easy! For a more elegant dinner use pancetta instead of bacon. Chop the pancetta & fry it with the capers & peas before mixing with the alfredo.
