Hi again Sherry, While I was posting Quick Boston Baked Beans above, it occured to me that this might be a good lunch idea for you if your family likes beans. Serve them with canned Boston Brown Bread (B&M brand, usually next to the baked beans in the grocery store), grilled or steamed hotdogs, and cole slaw.
