ISO: weekend lunch ideas for family of six

Misc.
i have a family of 6 (4 children 17-21) and i never know who will be home on the weekend. Dinners aren't too tough, but coming up with lunch ideas, so that we aren't always on the run for fast food, is a challenge for me...any suggestions?
