Quick Pork Chop Casserole
Here's a quick & easy one:

2 medium potatoes sliced thinly
1 large onion sliced & separated in rings
4 pork chops
1 large can cream of mushroom soup
salt & pepper to taste

Heat oven to 375. Spray 13x9 pan with non stick spray. Layer ingredients as above. Do not dilute soup. Spread over pork chops. Bake for 45 min or until potatoes are tender. This is a very versatile recipe. Seasonings & choice of favorite vegetables are easily adjustable. Enjoy!
