Recipe: Raisin Bran Muffins
Misc. RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS
This mixture will keep up to six weeks in covered bowl in fridge.
1-15oz box Raisin bran flakes
5 Cups flour
3 Cups sugar
3 tsps.baking soda
2 tsps salt
Beat together:
4 eggs
1 Qt. Buttermilk
1 Cup canola oil
Combine two mixtures. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full, Bake at400 for 15 to 20 mins.
This makes a lot. Better made a day before you are going to use it. Makes delicious, moist muffins.
