Another yummy way to do this is to use refrigerated chocolate chip or sugar cookie dough. Cut it into thick slices, quarter the slices, and place in your prepared mini-muffin pan. Bake until done and then as soon as they are removed from the oven, press a miniature peanut butter cup down into each one. Remove them from the pan before they cool and they come out more easily. What could be easier?
