Recipe(tried): reply to ratio question
Misc.This recipe isn't written down anywhere so it is all by feel. I don't measure the cheese, I just let it fly! But I would say if I am working with about 6 lbs of cutlets I will use 1 container of bread crumbs (15oz) and about 1/2 cup to 1 cup of grated Parmesan.
