Ron,

I found the information in various blogs and bulletin boards. I can't vouch for the accuracy of the information since I don't have a Tim Horton within 500 miles of me. Several of them mentioned the 18% cream.

There are several bulletin boards and/or blogs devoted to coffee making. Perhaps one of them could better answer your qustion(s).
