Recipe(tried): Re: Oil and Vinegar Pasta Salad

Salads - Potato, Pasta


Kevin, from one Wisconsinite to another-
Here's what I do when I want something quick and easy..
Cook up a box of pasta (macaroni, spirals, what ever)
I add cherry tomatoes cut in half,
chopped celery if you want
chopped green pepper
grate a couple of carrots,
chopped onion,
cube some cheese
I add cubed ham or salami
and pour Italian salad dressing over all and toss.
Basically add what veggies or meat that you like. (broccoli and cauliflower work)

I agree it's definately a no cook type of day; dew point is 70 here. (We live close to St. Paul)
