Recipe: Spadini (??)

I saw this recipe on TV but didn't get all the directions. I believe it was called "Spadini" and was made with prosciutto, mozzarella, tomato, bread crumbs and was then rolled in bread crumbs, drizzled with olive oil and grilled. This was something that was made often by the hosts Grandmother. If anyone has any more info on this recipe, I would love to try to make it. Thanks!
