Recipe(tried): Roast Garlic

I just slice off the top of the whole garlic head, drizzle with a little olive oil and bake at 275 for 1-1 1/2 hours. When cloves are soft, let cool a little and pick whole head up in palm of hand, turn upside down and squeeze. All the roasted cloves will just pop out.
