Recipe(tried): Roasted Chicken

Misc.
Here is a variation of CarolB's chicken recipe. Rinse and pat dry one whole chicken. Salt cavity and place inside one whole lemon which has been slashed with the point of a sharp knife about 40 times. Rub outside of chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary. Roast on grill (in a pan) or in the oven. This is one of my very favorites and the leftovers make a great chicken salad.
