Recipe: Rose Hip Tea

The directions are pretty much "to taste". Pulverize the dried rose hips just before using. Use about one Tablespoon for every two cups of water. Put rose hips into tea pot, add hot water and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. the tea will be very mild. You may want to try mixing half and half with regular tea, or different ratio to taste.
