Recipe(tried): Rosemary Cheese with FIg Preserves

Here is my Rosemary Cheese with Fig PReserves
that came orginaly from Southern Living 2002 annual ..
I've made this recipe at least 100 times and every always asked for the recipe ..

ROSEMARY CHEESE WITH FIG PRESERVES

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
3 oz goat cheese
1 tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
3/4 cup fig preserves
rosmeary for garnish

Lightly oil a 1 1/2 cup mold and line with plastic wrap.

Process the first 5 ingrients in food processor until smooth, stopping to scrap down sides. Spoon mixture into prepared mold. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

TO SERVE:
Invert chilled mixture onto a serving dish and discard plastic wrap. Spoon preserves over cheese. Garnish with rosemary if desired. Serve with crackers.
