Recipe: Sweet and Spicy Kielbasa (crock pot)

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
SWEET AND SPICY KIELBASA

1 cup brown sugar
6 tbsp. spicy mustard
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 lbs. smoked Kielbasa, cut into 2 inch pieces*

Combine first 3 ingredients; add Kielbasa, stirring to evenly coat.

Cover and cook on low heat 2 1/2 to 3 hours in crock-pot, stirring occasionally.

*Cut into smaller chunks for a great party appetizer.

Servings: 6
