Recipe(tried): Royal Mocha Fondue (German)

ROYAL MOCHA FONDUE

1/2 lbs. bittersweet chokolate (of your choice)
1/2 cup strong coffee, cooled
3 tablespoons cream
3 tablespoons cognac or brandy (of your choice)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Place coffee, and chokolate (before broking in pieces) in fondue pot, and heat pot over medium fondue heat, by stirring well until melt.

Add cream, cognac or brandy, and cinnamon, and continue to stir, until smooth.

Serve with:
marshmallows, cubes of angel food cake, slices of fresh fruit cut in pieces (of your choice), and enjoy!
