Appetizers and Snacksi used to work at ruby tuesdays. i dont know if this is going to help or not.
they soak there onions in buttermilk first you can do it for 30 min to overnight then they coat them in flour mixure of paprika,ceyenne onion and garlic powder then they fry them.they had this mixture in a bag pre made but that is what was in it.
