MR. FOOD'S MINT CREAM PIE
6 cups mini marshmallows
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup creme de menthe
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 to 4 drops green food color
8 ounces whipped cream
1 chocolate crumb ready-made pie crust
Combine marshmallows and milk. Cook and stir over low heat until melted.
Remove from heat, cool, stirring every few minutes until partially set.
Stir in liqueur, vanilla and food coloring. Fold in whipped cream and pour into crust. Freeze until firm.
TO SERVE:
Let stand for 10 minutes at room temp and garnish with grated chocolate.
Servings: 10
