Recipe: Ry Krisp Cinnamon Toasts

4 Natural Ry Krisp crackers
1 tablespoon butter (or margarine)
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Cream butter until soft and fluffy. Stir in sugar and cinnamon. Spread mixture evenly on each cracker.
Place under broiler for 1 to 2 minutes or until topping is bubbly and brown. Serve immediately.
If desired, garnish with jellies, chopped nuts, flaked coconut or chopped pitted dates.
