Recipe: Salad Ideas

How about a variation on Watergate Salad? This is normally made with:

12 oz. Cool Whip
1 small box instant pistachio pudding mix
1 can drained mandarin oranges
1 8-oz can UNdrained crushed pineapple, in juice
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup miniature marshmallows

Mix everything together and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.

You could vary the types of fruit, or the flavor of the pudding used. I have also seen this made with fruit cocktail and without nuts.
