Recipe(tried): Salmon Patties

Misc.
This is how I make my salmon patties and they turn out perfect everytime.

I take a can of salmon, mackeral will work too. I drain the salmon and put it in a bowl with some left over cornbread mixture that I use to make cornbread to go with the salmon. I add 1/2 c. to 3/4 c. of corn meal. I stir until it is moistened. I make my patties and fry till they are golden brown on each side. I serve these with soup (pinto) beans and cornbread.
