Carol, heres how I make them:

I drain one large can of salmon. Add two eggs, about 15 crushed saltine crackers, about 2 tbls. flour, some minced onion, and about 3 tbls milk. I dont coat mine in cracker crumbs but I am sure that would be fine. The flour and crackers hold mine together fine. Good Luck!!
