Recipe: Sand Art Chili Seasoning Mix

I just have to tell you about something I saw at X-mas. We were visiting my father-in-law and he had an attractive decorative bottle that looked like layers of colored sand. I picked it up and it had a chilli recipe tag on it. It was from his sister that has just moved to New Mexico. All the spices and dry ingredients were layered to make an attractive colorful combination and wet ingredients were to be added.
