Buy a package of Knorr Sauerbraten Beef Pot Roast Recipe Mix and follow the recipe for Microwave cooking. I use thinly sliced beef such as sandwich or breakfast steaks rather than a whole hunk of beef. We like this better than from-scratch recipes. It's much faster, easier and cheaper too!
