Recipe: Creamy Lemon-Chive Dressing

CREAMY LEMON-CHIVE DRESSING

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt or other fine-grained salt
1 cup half-and-half
1/3 cup finely minced fresh chives

In a small jar, combine lemon juice and salt. Cover and shake to dissolve the salt. Add half-and-half and chives. Shake to blend. Taste for seasoning.

Store, covered and refrigerated, for up to one week.

Makes 1 1/4 cups
