Recipe(tried): Sauted Chicken Livers

Sauted Chicken Livers

2 pounds chiken livers
1 onion (sliced in long strips)
2 cloves garlic (sliced thinly)
salt and pepper
soya sauce
cooking oil

Heat cooking oil in a wok pan. Add chicken livers. Saute until slightly browned, add garlic and onion. Once vegetables are soft sprinkle with soya sauce. Reduce heat and cover for five minutes. Serve over rice.
