SCHOOL CAFETERIA MEAT LOAF
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 pound ground sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 cup milk (or 1 cup cooked or canned tomatoes)
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp salt
Ground black pepper (to taste)
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Pack mixture in a greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until done.
Serve sliced and hot.
