SIMPLE PORK
1 1/2 lbs boneless pork loin, cut into 6 pieces (or 6 boneless pork loin chops)
4 medium yellow delicious apples, sliced
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Spray the crock pot with Pam cooking spray first. Place the pork at the bottom of the crock; cover with the apple slices.
In a small bowl combine the brown sugar, cinnamon and salt; sprinkle over the apples.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Makes 5-6 servings
