Recipe(tried): Seven Layer Dip

Appetizers and Snacks
There are many variations to the seven layer dip. If you would like to try this recipe, I think it is the best. I have made it many times and people can get enough of it.

First Layer (bottom layer of 13 x 9 pan)
Refried beans. If I am using a can bean I heat the beans up in a pan and add a little salt and garlic powder to suit my taste. Some people take the beans right out of the can and put them into the pan, your decision. You are going to spread each layer on top of the other, you don't want to mix the layers.

Second layer
Guacamole.

Third layer
Plain sour creme

Fourth Layer
Mexican style shredded cheese. The package usually has two kinds of cheeses in it.

Fifth Layer
Chopped green onion (green parts)

Sixth Layer
Chopped tomatoes

Seventh Layer
Chopped black olives

I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I have!

Tip: I don't know why, but it taste best with Cheese Dorito Chips.
