Recipe(tried): Simple Meatloaf with Onion Soup Mix

I know you posted this along time ago, but just saw it today. My favorite meatloaf recipe is also one of my grandmother's. It is just maybe:

2 pounds of ground beef
1 can of evaporated milk
1 or 2 envelopes of Lipton onion or beefy mushroom soup mix (you could use one of each)

WE love this at our house, and we love it as cold meat sandwiches the next day. Hope you are still looking at the boards and maybe you will see this.
