Recipe: Sizzling Home Fries

Side Dishes - Potatoes
SIZZLING HOME FRIES

2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
6 red potatoes, cut in 1 inch chunks
2 onions, chopped
1/3 cup oil

In a large bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, salt and black pepper, mix well. Add potatoes and onions and toss to coat.

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add the potato mixture to the skillet, cover and cook 10 minutes. Increase heat to high, uncover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden, turning occasionally.

Makes 4 servings
