Here is a basic smoothie recipe. If you would like to see some great smoothie recipes

Smoothies
1 frozen banana
1 cup (approx.) of your favorite fruit
1/2 cup to 1 cup apple juice or nonfat milk - or use 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup yogurt for a yogurt smoothie - more or less depending on the thickness you like
A few ice cubes
splash of vanilla extract (optional)
