Recipe(tried): Soft Pretzels

Misc.
This recipe was given to me by a little old lady I met in a local shop...she wrote it on the back of an envelope. My children love to make these on a rainy day, the plus is that they are really good!
Soft Pretzels: 1 tablespoon yeast softened in 1 1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon sugar
When yeast bubbles up add about 4 cups flour..knead until elastic. Roll & twist into pretzel shape. Brush with egg white & water. Sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake at 400 until done. Let me know if you like them as much as we do!
