Here is a recipe for preparing Sushi rice that is from the sushezi.
Bring 1 cup Japanese rice and 1 1/2 cups water to a boil, stirring occasionally. Lower heat, cover and simmer 12-14 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
If you are making Sushi, add 2 tbsp.rice vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar and 1/4 tbsp salt to warm rice. After mixing ingredients let the rice cool, before making Sushi.
