Recipe(tried): Sour Cream Lemon Muffins

Breads - Muffins, Quick Breads

SOUR CREAM LEMON MUFFINS

2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 T. baking powder
1 t. grated lemon peel
1/2 t. salt
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
sugar to sprinkle

Preheat oven to 400*. Grease or line muffin tin. Combine first 5 ingredients in large mixing bowl. In separate bowl combine butter, sour cream, milk & egg. Stir into dry ingredients. Spoon into muffin tin. Sprinkle tops with sugar. Bake 15-20 minutes.
