Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
1 beaten egg
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
3/4 cup orange juice
2 cups chopped cranberriesIn a blender, mix together dry ingredients. With 2 knives or pastry blender cut in butter. Add egg, orange juice, rind, and berries. Mix until just combined. Crease muffin tins and bake at 350 till golden brown.
