SOUTHERN STYLE CHICKEN AND SWEET POTATOES
4 sheets (12x18-inches each) Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 to 1 1/4 pounds)
Salt
1 (29 oz.) can sweet potatoes in heavy syrup, drained
1 (15 oz.) jar escalloped apples
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
Ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F or preheat grill to medium-high.
Center one chicken breast half on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil; sprinkle with salt. Top with sweet potatoes, apples, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven or grill 15 to 17 minutes in covered grill.
