Southern Style Potato Salad
10 red potatoes
1/4 white onion
1 1/2 cups Kraft mayonnaise
5 hard boiled eggs
4 cloves fresh garlic
2 tsp yellow mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Do not peel potatoes, clean thoroughly and cut into 1/4 inch cubes, boil in salted water for 15 minutes or until 1/2, (cooked not mushy)drain and set a side to cool.
Dice, eggs, onions, and garlic (do not use pre-chopped garlic(fresh only. Then in a large bowl mix all ingredients together, fold (do not mash). Then chill in fridge until cool all the way through.
Servings: 4-8
