SALMON SHELL SALAD
1 box (6 to 7 ounces) pasta salad (such as Kraft), any flavor
1/2 cup mayonnaise (or according to instructions)
1 pouch (about 7 ounces) pink salmon (such as Chicken of the Sea)
1 cup (2 ounces) match-stick-cut or shredded carrots
Cook pasta from salad mix according to package directions. As directed, combine mayonnaise and pasta-kit seasoning kit a serving bowl.
Remove salmon from pouch. Rinse and/or drain, if desired. Crumble salmon into the mayonnaise mixture. Add carrots and mix well. Add cooked, drained pasta and mix again. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
Makes 4 servings
