Recipe(tried): Southwest Ranch Dressing

Gail-Thanks-I'll try it. I tried using Hidden Valley Ranch and adding the
chipotle sauce and some other spices. It tasted great but not the same as
Chili's and the color was wrong. Chili's looks like a Catalina so, I added chipotle sauce to that and tweaked it a little. Still not exact but, really,
really close. I think a better chipotle sauce would make the difference. I used to see chipotle sauces and peppers in cans and bottles at the store. This time
I searched all 4 local stores and only came up with one can! This weekend I'm going to find a Mexican specialty store and stock up. I've got several jalapeno plants now so all I have to do is learn how to smoke them the right way! lol
