Betsy beat me to it!!! I have the book - haven't used this recipe in a long time...use one from my 'cookie' book that uses butter instead of shortening. If you want I can give you that one but the one Betsy gave is the Mirro book one for Christmas Trees - with the almond extract- the basic spritz recipe has no almond.
