DORIS KELLER'S BANBERRY TARTS
3 sticks butter
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
4 cups flour
Jelly of your choice, preferably Mayhaw
Cream butter and sugar. Mix in egg yolks, flour and vanilla. Roll into balls the size of marble. Indent with your thum and fill with a dab of jelly.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
