Recipe(tried): Squash Casserole

Squash Casserole
From: Kelly~WA

1 big quart squash
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
sharp cheddar cheese
bread crumbs

Cook onion and squash together till tender. Mash squash. Add soup, handful of cheese and salt and pepper. Put in a casserole dish. mix crumbs and more cheese together and put on top. Paprika--optional. bake at 350 for 30 minutes... enjoy
